Director of Operations
Heidi joined Fierston Financial Group in 2008, bringing more than two decades of financial services experience. As a financial planning analyst at an Avon-based firm, she developed comprehensive plans for top executives at large, multi-national corporations. At FFG, Heidi manages all trading and back-office operations and assists with compliance and regulatory matters. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University.
Heidi lives in Canton, CT with her husband, Jim. She loves attending the towns events like the Lobster Fest and the Christmas Champagne stroll. She enjoys arts & crafts and gardening and spending time with her four grandchildren.

What brought you to wealth management as a career?
I have a long history of working in the Financial Services industry and look to leverage my experience to achieve my financial goals, especially with retirement on the horizon.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
Don’t stress the little things and appreciate what you have.
What’s most fulfilling about your work?
I really enjoy learning about new software that helps the firm operate more efficiently and benefits our clients.
What’s your ideal day outside the office?
My ideal day would be to spend time with my family. My daughter is married and has four children. My son is engaged and lives in Pennsylvania. We only get together a few times a year. Some of our favorite activities are fall fairs.
What is your favorite food?
I love a proper steak dinner with any kind of potatoes. The Barn restaurant in Granby, CT is great.
